  • Tenant & Usage Data: Subdomain details, ticket contents, activity logs, chat histories, categories, custom field choices, and system preferences.
  • Billing Details: Payment card tokens, payment references, billing address, and organization subscriptions. (All payment transactions are processed securely via third-party processors like Lemon Squeezy).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve our platform, process transactions, and support your organization. Specifically:

  • Providing tenant isolation and org-scoped ticket databases.
  • Executing AI triage workflows (autocategorization, priority assignment, and confidence scoring).
  • Sending lifecycle email notifications via AWS SES.
  • Monitoring speed and system health using tools like Vercel Speed Insights.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the SaaS, such as hosting infrastructure (Vercel, Cloudflare), databases (Supabase), AI APIs, and email pipelines. All providers are strictly bound by confidentiality terms.
