1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for a QueueDesk account, creating a tenant workspace, or using any of our service desk SaaS features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Account Registration & Organization Seats

To use QueueDesk, you must register a corporate workspace. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and credentials generated for members of your organization (employees, agents, and administrators). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your subdomain.

3. SaaS Subscription & Payments

QueueDesk is billed on a flat monthly subscription basis. Organization owners agree to pay the standard fee based on active tiers. Any AI actions used beyond the monthly quota will trigger additional usage packs as described in our billing documentation. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

All elements of the QueueDesk platform (including software, UI components, brand styling, logos, and vector assets) are and remain the exclusive property of QueueDesk. You retain full ownership of all text, tickets, database rows, logos, and documents uploaded to your tenant workspace.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QueueDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or system downtime resulting from your use of or inability to access our services.
